When you make your initial payment at https://sinc.biz/initial, we collect your name, email address, phone number and IP address. We also collect the last four digits of your account number, the issuer, and the expiration date, if any.
We also create your user account and send your login credentials to your email address. You can change your username and password by signing in at https://sinc.biz/home.
You can make additional payments or subscribe to services by signing in and selecting Payments -> Make Payment or Payments -> Subscribe tabs on your menu. While making another payment or subscribing to services, you can use your existing account or select a new account. When you use a new account, we collect the last four digits of the account number, the issuer, and the expiration date, if any, for future use.
You can delete the information on any of the accounts at any time by going to the Accounts -> Manage tab of the menu.
We do not share your data with third parties, except to process your payments on Stripe or Plaid.
For users who register on our website, we also store the personal information we collect in their user profile indefinitely. All users can see or edit their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their email address) by going to https://sinc.biz/home. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
If you have an account on this site, you can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
